This Site is intended for use within Australia.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms. The Service is not intended for those under the age of 18. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.
Account
In order to use the Site, you must create an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

The Meditation Habit
To access The Meditation Habit it will be for a one-off fee with no recurring payments. A 10-day money-back guarantee is available if you change your mind. There are no refunds after 10 days from the commencement of The Meditation Habit.
Online Yoga class Fees
Full Access to this Site is available to you for a fee of $15 per week. Cultivate Calm Yoga uses a third-party payment processor to link your credit card account to the Site. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the Site will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit card issuer in addition to these Terms. Cultivate Calm Yoga is not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor.
Yoga Bundles
To access the Yoga Bundles it will be for a one-off fee with no recurring payments.
Recurring Billing for online membership
The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each week thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each week on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.
No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your membership settings at https://www.cultivatecalm.com.au/account.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial weeks of service or refunds for weeks unused with an open account.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
